Ordering Information

Terms: All orders with approved credit will be billed net 30 days. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express with a 3% processing fee.
Freight: Continental orders are shipped FOB Bensenville, IL. Orders shipped outside the contiguous 48-states will be billed FOB destination. Orders shipped via 3rd party will incur a $10 convenience fee.
Pricing & Minimum Order: Due to market forces beyond our control, all prices are subject to change without notice. All orders must meet a minimum of $50. In circumstances where the minimum cannot be met, there will be a small order charge of $10.
Wholesale Distributors: Contact your customer service representative for details regarding minimums and charges.
Samples: Contact us to receive samples of any item in our catalog. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
Product Tolerances: We deliver products within specified industry standards for dimension and thickness of flexible packaging. If your particular application requires precise specifications, please contact us to explore methods to accommodate your needs.
Returns and Damages: If you wish to return an order or have received damaged merchandise, please call us within 14 days from receipt. We will issue a call tag or return authorization number. Orders received without authorization are subject to refusal. We reserve the right to inspect returns before issuing credit and to charge a 20% restocking fee.
Custom Orders: Over or under runs are sometimes shipped because of the custom nature of the manufacturing process. Please contact us to estimate your particular item. Quotes for customized products list plates and set up charges separately. Custom orders are subject to a cancellation charge.
Rush Shipments: Orders need to be placed before 12:00pm Central Time to be eligible for expedited same-day shipments. We offer Next Day and 2nd Day services. Rush orders must be placed via telephone to ensure they are processed before our cut off time. Rush orders submitted by fax or email cannot be guaranteed to ship same day.
