Returns:

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days for a refund on the bags.

Please state clearly in your email the reason why you would like to return the bags. We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) or call tag along with our warehouse address where you can return the bags.

Orders received without authorization are subject to refusal. We reserve the right to inspect returns before issuing credit and to charge a 20% restocking fee.

Custom Orders: Over or under runs are sometimes shipped because of the custom nature of the manufacturing process. Custom orders are subject to a cancellation charge.

Products must be returned in original condition and original full case quantity.

All returns must be accompanied with an RMA number. Any return missing an RMA number will be held for 14 days until the customer contacts us regarding their return. Customers that do not contact us within those 14 days will lose their refund.

We recommend you use FedEx, UPS, or Insured mail with a tracking number to avoid loss and confusion as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

All related Fees (shipping, handling, customs and return shipping fees) are non-refundable.
